Raising Money for my Senior Thesis…
I am trying to raise money for my senior thesis to get the propper supplies to document the whole process.
Davon “Epidemik” Paul grew up learning to love and appreciate all kinds of music. As he grew older, and saw music on the decline, it was this love that fueled him to find ways to make music more appealing to the masses. And so Rappin Lounge Entertainment was born. It’s purpose was originally to find artists that were still true to their craft, and promote them. As time went by, the site evolved into something much more: a place where people could come to discuss not only music, but poetry and performances of other visual techniques from all over the world. Yet the site never lost it’s primary focus. Since 2003, Rappin Lounge Entertainment has worked and grown alongside many of the best underground artists, and has no intention of stopping. Epidemik has proven his determination and love for what he does through the excellence of his work. Collaborating with his own design and networking teams, he’s given his artists the opportunity to exhibit themselves to acting agencies, and music producers, while also displaying a love for clothing and artistic design. Living up to his name, Epidemik is working to become “a widespread occurrence affecting an entire community at one time.”
For my thesis project I will be building the brand for RL Radio, which is a part of Rappin Lounge, a company that was found by me in 2002. I will be branding the station to separate it from the rest of the Internet stations out there. The ultimate goal for the project is to have the station running fluently, and at least getting at least 500 hits a day. One of the most important brands of the station is “Epidemik,” and last year the brand was being build but hasn’t been completed. Without Epidemik there is no RL Radio, so the brands go hand and hand together. Epidemik is a desirable phenomenon, and the brand that interacts with the user.
